Valustra is a fully hosted web application, so there is no software to install locally. You can access the platform directly in your browser.

Access Process

Navigate to app.valustra.com and you're done!

Step 3: Start Analyzing

System Requirements

Requirements are intentionally simple:

Minimum Requirements

• Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or MS Edge
• Internet Connection: Required (30/100 Mbps recommended)
• Device: Desktop, laptop, tablet, or even your phone (though we recommend a larger screen for the best experience)
• Memory: If your browser can load this page, you're good to go!
• Storage: Zero local storage required (everything is safely stored in the cloud)

Recommended Setup

• Screen Size: 13" or larger for optimal diagram viewing
• Resolution: 1920x1080 or higher for the best visual experience
• Internet: Stable connection for real-time analysis features
• Browser Extensions: Ad blockers are fine, but disable them if you experience any issues

Mobile Devices

• iOS Safari: Works great on iPad, usable but limited experience on iPhone
• Android Chrome: Full functionality on tablets, limited on phones
• Mobile Experience: While you can use Valustra on mobile, we recommend desktop/laptop for creating detailed team topology diagrams

Troubleshooting

Since there's no installation, there's almost nothing that can go wrong! But just in case:

Browser Issues

• Clear Cache: If things look odd, try clearing your browser cache
• Check JavaScript: Ensure JavaScript is enabled (it should be by default)
• Disable Extensions: Temporarily disable browser extensions if you have issues

Connection Problems

• Internet Speed: Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Firewall: Check that your firewall isn't blocking app.valustra.com
• VPN: Some corporate VPNs might interfere – try without VPN if possible

Account Access

• Authentication: We support password protected log in
• Pop-up Blockers: Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the authentication flow
