Bakers Unlimited VSRA Workshop
Use this workshop to explore how team responsibilities, support relationships, and interaction patterns shape a Value Stream Reference Architecture (VSRA).
The exercise is designed for facilitators and participants working through the fictitious Bakers Unlimited organization. Participants negotiate a support network, enter it into Valustra, and use the analysis to discuss team topology, flow, and risk.
